  • How do I place Order?
    Online Store is more user friendly, you can get your desire product within a minimum time, at our home page you will see the option to navigate the products in the main menu, the slider also will guide you the collections list also available, featured products also available and best sales products at our home page. Just view and click on your desired product and read the descriptions and price, click add to cart button. Once an order is made on the website, the system automatically and instantly checks if the customer submitted all the necessary information: name, address of delivery, payment & shipping methods. If all is set, the customer gets an email, informing him/her that the order is well received. Otherwise, he’s notified to submit what is required. email customers@globalze.com if they have questions.
  • Payment and Shipping?
    Our store provide different payment methods for our customers like PayPal, Wix Pay and other online pay e.t.c our payment is totally secure and safe, you can read our privacy polices, terms and conditions at our user guide menu.   • Return & Refun?"
    If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, is the wrong item, or you've changed your mind and want to send it back, you can return it for a refund. From the moment you purchase an item online, you have 14 days to request for return and refund of that item. We cannot accept any request for return, exchange or refund that receives after 14 days from the date and time of the online purchase. You need to pay for the repacking and posting of the returning item. You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days after we received the returned product or your request to cancel your order before its shipment. If you used your debit/credit cards for shopping, we need your bank details to refund you. We need your full official name, name of the bank you have an account with, your account number and your sort-code. If you paid via PayPal, you need to go through the following steps to get your refund from PayPal: 1. Log into your PayPal account 2. Click the History subtab. 3. Find the purchase payment you would like to refund and click Details. 4. Click the Issue Refund link. 5. Enter the refund amount and click Submit. 6.
