Shipping Policy
All the orders for delivery within the UK will be delivered in 3-5 working days. For example, if you put your order on Monday, you will receive your order by the end of Friday in the same week. Please remember that weekends are NOT part of the working days. For example, if you put your order on Saturday, you will receive your order by the end of Friday in the next week.

Return & Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, is the wrong item, or you've changed your mind and want to send it back, you can return it for a refund. From the moment you purchased an item online, you have 14 days to request for return and refund of that item. We cannot accept any request for return, exchange or refund that receives after 14 days from the date and time of the online purchase. You need to pay for the repacking and posting of the returning item.

You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days after we received the returned product or your request to cancel your order before its shipment. If you used your debit/credit cards for shopping, we need your bank details to refund you. We need your full official name, the name of the bank you have an account with, your account number, and your sort-code. If you paid via PayPal, you need to go through the following steps to get your refund from PayPal:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Click the History subtab.
3. Find the purchase payment you would like to refund and click Details.
4. Click the Issue Refund link.
5. Enter the refund amount and click Submit.
6. Confirm the amount and click Submit.

Start a return

To start a return, follow the steps below:

Find the item in your Orders, Return & Refund tab and select Return this item.

Select your reason for the return.

Select Send.

You will receive an email including the return address and a unique return reference number for your chosen item.

You'll need to repack the item carefully, and write the given return address and the return reference number on the package.

You should take the packed item to the post office and send it back to the given return address within 5 business days, using tracked postage. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn't packaged correctly, we would deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

You can choose to have your refund either as a store credit to be used for your next purchases or to be paid into your paying card within 30 working days of posting the returning item.
